KAJES is a one-stop shop offering IN-HOUSE custom digitizing and design services. Digitizing is a critical component of the embroidery process and involves creating a program that maps the design for the embroidery machine. It maps out the type and number of stitches, as well as the shapes, colors, and sequence. Our digitizing team has more than a decade of experience and our wholesale customers say that we are "the best they've found." 

All digitizing is NOT the same. Our digitizing staff has years of embroidery experience and the knowledge to create the file to match the fabric. There are hundreds of “on-line digitizing sites” offering cut-rate quality. These services use an automatic digitizing program to generate a digitized file from a quick scan of the design. Seldom, if ever, does it produce a quality finished product when driving an embroidery machine. Often these files cannot be tweaked or adjusted, and communicating changes to make the design work, well it can be a challenge in itself.

Our digitizing service may not be quite as cheap as what you might find on line but it produces quality and saves time and aggravation.

Our embroiderers have nearly 50 years of combined experience. With the capability of decorating as many as 24 pieces at a time, rest assured we can handle almost any order size. We also offer custom monogramming and other personalized services. We source from a variety of suppliers, brands, and fabrics, and have experience with everything from fine textiles to heavyweight material.
