Submitting Artwork

To ensure the best results for your custom apparel and embroidery, please review the following artwork submission guidelines carefully:

  • For the highest quality results, we recommend submitting artwork in vector format. Accepted vector file types include:

    • .AI (Adobe Illustrator)

    • .EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)

    • .CDR (CorelDRAW)

Vector files allow for clean, precise designs that are easily adjustable for embroidery and screen printing. Submitting an image in formats like .JPG, .GIF, or .TIF requires us to re-render the artwork into a workable format, which may increase your costs.

    • Include all necessary fonts and linked files with your submission.

    • If possible, convert fonts to outlines to avoid font compatibility issues.

    • Save vector files in version 7 or lower for optimal compatibility.

  • If you must submit an image file (e.g., .JPG, .GIF, .TIF), please ensure the following:

    • The resolution is 300 DPI or higher to maintain design clarity and quality.

    • The image is clear, with minimal compression or pixelation.

  • For embroidery designs, we accept files in. DST format. Please note: if your embroidery design was digitized elsewhere—especially overseas—it may be difficult or impossible to adjust due to fabric variations. Designs not digitized by our team may not sew evenly or could result in binding issues. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the quality of embroidery from files we did not digitize.
